PLG Survey Form
The PLG survey form for teachers attached below was prepared by GSP staff with input from the schools in Year 2. This survey is designed to help each of the five schools in the SLC consortium determine next steps for their PLGs and enable the SLC consortium to compare and learn from the different ways PLGs are being implemented in the five schools.
